You'll need:
50ml Three Hundred Islands Ginger Mixer
30ml Gin (preferably Craft Gin for the full botanical flavour)
150ml Sparkling Water and
Mint
Line a low-ball glass with a thin slice of cucumber, add ice, then pour the gin and top up with sparkling water. Garnish with fresh mint and enjoy!
